DISCLAIMER FOR RESERVATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

All "Global Cruise Vacations" (hereinafter referred to as "GCV LLC") customers are subject to the terms and conditions of the vendor for which is booked. Vendor terms and conditions can be found on vendor websites or by contacting the vendor directly.

1. Booking Confirmation:

  • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by GCV LLC.

2. Payment Policy:

  • A deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
  • Prices are not guaranteed until the deposit has been made.
  • Full payment must be made by the specified due date, as indicated in your booking confirmation. Failure to make final payment may result in your booking to be cancelled without notice.
  • Taxes and governmental fees are subject to change, and the client is responsible for any such changes.
  • GCV LLC does not automatically charge a customer’s credit card at final payment. Final payment deadlines are included in your confirmation and are the full responsibility of the customer to contact GCV LLC to make the final payment. If you have not received a confirmation stating that you are paid in full, then your final payment has not been made, and you could be subject to vendor penalties or cancellation. 3. Cancellation Policy:

  • All deposits are non-refundable with all cruise lines and vendors unless otherwise specified on your confirmation.
  • Cancellations are per supplier policy and may be subject to a supplier cancellation fee.
  • GCV LLC charges a $50 per person cancellation fee.

4. Change Policy:

  • - Any changes to bookings are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.

5. Travel Documentation:

  • It is the traveler’s responsibility to ensure they have all necessary travel documents, including passports, visas, and identification.
  • All customers are responsible for any vendor protocols related to health or other (examples to include but are not limited to masking requirements and testing requirements). GCV LLC’s customers assume full responsibility for any changes to these policies upon booking and prior to your travel date.
  • Please ensure that all booking names given are the names that will appear on your documentation when departing or arriving at your destination. Legal names are required. All documents and identification must be originals and not photocopies or electronic copies.

6. Travel Insurance:

  • Travel insurance is highly advisable. All travel insurance is declined unless specifically purchased and listed on your invoice.
  • Travel insurance is strongly recommended to cover any unforeseen circumstances.

7. Liability:

  • GCV LLC or its employees/affiliates do not warranty any vacations booked.
  • GCV LLC is not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or delay due to any act or omission of any supplier or third party.

8. Health and Safety:

  • Travelers are responsible for ensuring they meet all health and safety requirements for their destinations, including vaccinations.

9. Special Requests:

  • Special requests (e.g., dietary requirements, room preferences) will be communicated to suppliers but cannot be guaranteed.

10. Force Majeure:

  • GCV LLC is not liable for any changes, cancellations, or delays due to events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or political instability.

11. Dispute Resolution:

  • Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions will be resolved through binding arbitration in Florida.
  • Arbitration Agreement: Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to this contract, including the breach, termination, or validity thereof, shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The place of arbitration shall be Sanford, Florida. Judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator(s) may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof. The parties agree to waive any right to a jury trial.
  • Notice of Arbitration: Any party who intends to seek arbitration must first send to the other party, by certified mail, a written Notice of Dispute. The Notice must describe the nature and basis of the claim or dispute and set forth the specific relief sought.
  • Arbitration Procedures: The arbitration will be conducted by a single arbitrator. If the parties are unable to agree on the arbitrator, the AAA will appoint one. The arbitrator is bound by these Terms and Conditions. Unless the parties agree otherwise, the arbitration shall be conducted in Sanford, Florida.

  • All tickets are e-tickets unless specified otherwise in your confirmation.
  • Vacations purchased through GCV LLC do not include any other segment of travel unless specifically listed as a line item on your invoice (examples of exclusion are air, hotel, transfers, travel insurance, etc.).
  • While rare, credit card declines are not always immediately identified by the vendors upon making a payment. Any credit card decline that causes vendor penalties or cancellations are the full responsibility of the customer. Please be sure to check with your bank or credit card company to ensure the charge went through.
